Inside Voices: Radical Acceptance Workshop 12.09.23

I’m offering a free online workshop to teach the skills for practicing radical acceptance.

This live online group is an introduction to the skills that help us to understand when we’re not in acceptance, debunk myths around practicing acceptance and find the willingness to let go. We’ll move into a guided meditation and re-imagine a healing narrative in the second half of the session.

This workshop is open to anyone who could use some extra support and skills around the holidays.

This will be a safe and warm environment with a format that is both therapeutic and educational.
