This group is a weekly opportunity to learn mindfulness-based coping skills and build self-compassion. The group is for adults ages 25+ who struggle with regulating emotions, interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anxiety, impulsivity, and family conflicts.  

The focus is on the acquisition and utilization of important life skills to help those who struggle with these issues begin living healthier and more fulfilling lives. In addition to teaching core mindfulness skills and interpersonal relationships skills, we will use the group space to build self-compassion and form healthy narratives around personal experiences.

We've designed a unique workbook tailored to focus on these skills. 


 A commitment to the full 8-week group cycle is required. There will be 5-8 group members this cycle. Group participation requires an intake/assessment appointment prior to the start of the group.


The rate for the group is $85.00 per group session - a $50 discount will be applied for the pre-purchase of the series.
