Remy Pearce, AMFT
I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a steady foundation for meaningful healing and change. Together we can explore past experiences, work through current challenges, and find more intentional ways forward. Our time together is an opportunity to deepen your self-understanding, enrich your relationships, and crystallize what really matters to you.
My practice is rooted in psychodynamic and relational theories. I utilize a holistic approach that honors the unique needs and experiences of each client. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and able to engage honestly.
I work with adults and teens navigating a range of issues, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, grief/ loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. If you are curious about working together, please reach out for a consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
SPECIALTIES: Anxiety, Grief, Self-Esteem, and Relational Issues.
