Mindfulness. Acceptance. Growth.

Using mindful awareness as a foundation, we build a relationship in a safe and nurturing environment. You will learn coping skills as we identify triggers and toxic patterns that can interfere with your well-being.

Our approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative, so once we identify such triggers and patterns, we will then create a treatment plan designed to help you.

The team at Solomon Therapy works with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. By building a strong and trusting relationship we’ll work together to confront the challenges daily life presents, finding insight into stressful or confusing experiences. We’ll set goals, both practical and spiritual, to ultimately take steps toward a more rewarding life.

Our shared philosophy as therapists is first and foremost, human. We are here to listen so that you can hear yourself. Listening requires attention, curiosity, and patience. We are here for all of it.

Our approach is both “top-down” and “bottom-up.” Sometimes we need practical tools and resources to navigate feeling stuck or in a loop.

These skills are received at the “top” and trickle down to your body with practice. Other times, we will arrive at the “bottom”, in your body, where the core wound may live. We utilize somatic parts work and inner child healing to rewrite your narrative. This healing travels from the bottom to the top, changing how we see ourselves and perceive the world.

We utilize modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic trauma processing, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) with our clients.

Inclusivity and empowerment are the core of our work. Our team is LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to supporting diverse individuals and couples. No matter where you are starting from, we will meet you there.
